Uragami Gyokudo

1745～1820
He was a painter. He was a model vassal in his youth, but he defected his domain at the age of 50. He traveled around Japan and settled in Kyoto in his later year. He painted mainly landscape painting with Indian ink. His major work is “Touunshisestu-zu” (東雲し雪図).
