Jyosui Sohen
He originally worked as the owner of storehouse at Enkaku-ji temple(円覚寺) in Kamakura, Kanagawa pref. He studied painting from Sessy(雪舟) in Yamaguchi pref. It is famous that Sessyu gave “Haboku-Sansuizu” (破墨山水図: the landscape painting owned by Tokyo National Museum) to Soen in 1495.
