Hukuda Heihachiro

1892～1974
He was born in Oita (大分) pref. He graduated from technical school of painting at Kyoto. He won a prize at Tei-ten (帝展: the Japan Art Academy Exhibition) in 1919. After the war, he was active in Nitten (日展: the Japan Fine Art Exhibition.) He won the Order of Culture in 1961.
