Kanai Kenko

He was a Japanese-style painter born in Gunma pref. He was a brother of Uju Kanai (金井烏州). He drew Nan-ga (南画: the South school of Chinese painting).His work, “Sakaimachi – itoichihanjo-zu” (境街糸市繁昌之図) designated as a city important cultural property.
