Hayashi Shime

1906〜1985
He was a Japanese-style painter born in Kyoto. He studied under Bakusenn Tsuchida(土田麦僊). His graduation work was accepted for “Kokugakai” (国画会:Society for National Painting) Then he devoted to duplicate of old paintings with Hakou Irie (入江波光). He is known for a leading expert on duplication of old paintings in Kyoto.
