Kawamura Mansyu

1880〜1942
He was a Japanese-style painter born in Kyoto. He studied under Syunkyo Yamamoto (山元春挙). He won the prize at Bunten Exhibition (文展).Later, he became a judge of Teiten Exhibition (帝展). Also, he took on the position of the professor and principle of Kyoto City Specialist School of Painting.
