Migishi Kotaro

1903〜1934
He was a Western-style painter born in Sapporo (Hokkaido). His wife was a painter, Setsuko Migishi(三岸節子). He went to Tokyo after he graduated from the junior high school. He studied Western-style painting by himself.
He involved in construction of The Dokuritsu Exhibition (独立美術協会).
